5:30 pm to 6:00 pm: Registration and Networking

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Dinner

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Guest Speaker.

8:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Business Meeting, Door Prizes, Announcements

"No Show" Policy

Please note that "no shows" will be billed for the Program Cost unless cancelled prior to the reservation deadline stated on the reservation RSVP (the Friday prior to the meeting).

We understand that "life happens"…especially in our line of work!! Sometimes registrants are not able to make it at the last minute. However, the hotel still requires payment for your meal, whether or not you are there. For this reason, we must collect from you if you are unable to attend at the last minute. (You will receive a receipt upon request if needed for tax or expense reimbursement purposes.)

The reservation deadline applies for final registration and Pay Pal payments by the Friday prior to the scheduled program. To inquire about space available after this time, please contact Debi Cain-Rivord at 952-848-6302.
